This chic 75 m² 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is for rent on Carrer de las Palmas in Poblats Marítims. The kitchen is well-equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, plenty of cupboard space and a 4-burner stove. The living room is similarly well-equipped with a large sofa and TV so you can relax and enjoy your favourite shows after a long day.

This is a great spot for students, as the Polytechnic University of Valencia is within a 20-minute walk. When you're done studying for the week you can relax and soak up the sun on the waterfront which is only a 10-minute walk away. You'll be hungry after a day on the beach, and luckily there are plenty of restaurants to choose from along the waterfront.

What we liked the most

  • The large living room has a table and chairs so you can sit down to a home-cooked meal.
  • The apartment is close to public transport, so it's easy to see everything Valencia has to offer.
  • There is heating and AC in this apartment so you'll be comfortable year round.
  • The bathroom is modern and tidy, with a shower, toilet and sink and a small window.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.

Things to keep in mind

  • This is a 3rd floor apartment without an elevator, but climbing all those stairs will save on a gym membership!
  • Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer.
