This 75 m², 2-bedroom duplex available to rent is a luxury apartment right near the beach. The apartment has a loft-style layout with high ceilings, wooden beams, and an open-plan kitchen, dining room, and living room. There are 2 balconies, one facing the quiet street and the other facing the interior patio. With big windows throughout the apartment, you receive plenty of sunlight. There are modern amenities such as a dishwasher and flat-screen TV, in addition to the elegant decorative pieces.

The apartment is located in the beach-side neighborhood of Cabañal. This is a very popular area, so you have plenty of stores, bars, and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. With the beach nearby, you won't have to go very far, but you are also well-connected to the rest of the city by bus and tram services.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is a modern and elegant apartment only 5 minutes to the beach!
  • Bedroom 2 has the entire upper floor to itself with enough space for a sofa and a round picnic table.
  • The living room has big windows and large flat-screen TV.
  • There is a corner kitchen, but it opens up unto the dining area maintaining the open-plan layout.
  • The bathroom is very elegant with a beautiful sink and rain shower head.

Things to keep in mind

  • The building does not have an elevator, but the apartment is only on the 1st floor.
  • The kitchen does not have an oven, but it does have an electric stove, microwave, and a dishwasher!
