Spotahome's opinion

This bright, modern apartment is available to rent on Plaça de la Mare de Déu de Vallivana. There are both a single and a double bedroom, and contemporary furnishings throughout. There is a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area with comfortable sofa, a dining table, and a balcony. There is AC in the living room, which ideal for the hot Valencian climate.

The property is in a quiet area of the city, just a few minute's walk from the beach. The area is mostly residential, but there is some shopping nearby, including some local grocery stores. There are also a few tabernas and cafes in the area.

What we liked the most

  • The living room has a lovely, airy and cool feeling. It will be a fantastic escape from the heat of midday in the summer.
  • The big shower looks great – no bumped elbows!
  • Beachside living! You can stroll to the seafront in less than 10 minutes!
  • This is an ideal location for students, with Universitat de València only a 10-15 minute walk away.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building which does not have an elevator.
