This 60 m², 1-bedroom apartment with balcony in La Patacona offers a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area and a sleek and modem bathroom. The bedroom is very spacious and comes with a double bed and large glass windows.

The beach is within walking distance, and the apartment complex comes with a pool which is available from May. What could be better than a hard days work followed by a relaxing, cooling dip in the pool? And until then, the beach is nearby!

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is bathed in natural light from the balcony’s large glass sliding doors.
  • There are multiple wardrobes in the bedroom.
  • There is a large closet at the entrance of the apartment for extra storage, and another in the living area.
  • The living area includes a large 3-seater sofa.
  • The apartments aesthetics are sleek and modern.
  • UPV is just around the corner, as is the beach!
