Spotahome is proud to present a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom shared apartment located on Calle Porvenir in the well-known neighborhood of María Luisa in sunny Seville. All 5 bedrooms are available for rent for students or post-graduate students and come fully furnished will every amenity one would need in order to have a comfortable stay while in Seville. This 350m2 spacious apartment features air-conditioning and heating, ensuring comfort all year round in any season. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, oven and ample space for preparing meals. The living room is a great space to spend time with flatmates and is furnished with a large L-shaped couch.
What we liked the most
- The flat is equipped with air conditioning, perfect for those hot summers of Seville.
- Bedroom 5 is the most unique bedroom, as it features an elaborate fireplace that adds to the chic decor.
- All 5 bedrooms are equipped with double beds and have windows that allow for plenty of natural light.
- Wi-Fi is already installed and activated in the flat!
