You will be sharing this home with a family with a young son, a daughter and a small dog. This stunning family home is immaculately presented throughout, and It is located on Fernando Vallalon street, in the neighborhood of Santa Cruz. This exterior flat is within walking distance to several campuses belonging to the Universidad de Sevilla, making it an ideal option for busy students looking for an apartment providing all the comforts of an established household, with the added benefit of receiving a meal service with the monthly rent.
What we liked the most
- If you love animals, then this is the flat for you, as this family has a cute little dog who will melt your heart!
- With the option of having all meals included in the monthly rent, you won't need to worry about cooking or shopping for food. You can arrive home after a busy day at school and find dinner waiting for you.
- Other nice extras you will enjoy in this sophisticated home include having a dishwasher, A/C and a cleaning service once a week.
- The living area is a stunning room which has been designed with relaxation in mind, featuring two luxurious cream sofas and one armchair, perfectly positioned in front of a flat screen TV.
- Your bedroom is very nicely decorated using elegant black, white and red accessories, and comes with two handy cork-boards where you can pin photos or important documents.
Things to keep in mind

- There is a laundry room where you will find a washing machine, but there is a laundry service included in the monthly rent.
