This stylish 1-bedroom apartment is located on Calle de Palencia in Tetuán. The 45 m² space has a modern kitchen, cosy living area and a generous bathroom, as well as a double bedroom with plenty of storage space.
Tetuán is your slice of authentic Madrid life, with a lower amount of tourists around, you can take advantage of everything the city has to offer. The Alvarado Metro station is a short walk away, and this apartment is surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is bright and well-decorated throughout.
- The kitchen has a range of modern appliances, including an oven.
- There is A/C to keep you comfortable over the summer months.
- The bathroom has all of the necessities.
- The apartment is close to the Metro system, restaurants and shops.

- Wi-Fi was not installed at the time of our visit, but should be arranged by the time you move in. Please check with landlady.
