When you enter into this exterior three bedroom apartment, available for rent as a whole, you'll find yourself in the comfortable and extremely spacious living room with plenty of storage and beautiful decorations. All three bedrooms are well furnished and feature large wardrobes, perfect for storing your belongings. The apartment is located on Calle Alonso Cano, in the residential but well connected neighborhood of Rios Rosas. The tenants will also have access to a shared bathroom, a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of wardrobes. This apartment is absolutely perfect for a group of friends or even a family that wishes to live in the city. You'll be surrounded by restaurants, cafes and will even have easy access to several sports centres in the area. The area of the apartment is 80m2.
What we liked the most
- The well furnished bathroom features not just one, but two sinks, along with a heating rack for your towels.
- All three bedrooms are fully equipped with large wardrobes and comfortable beds. They have a great second floor view of the street.
- We really like the spacious living room with extremely comfy sofas and a large storage set, complete with a charming fireplace that is only there for decoration.
- The apartment is located in the residential area of Rios Rosas which is well connected with the city centre.
Things to keep in mind
- While the bedrooms have an exterior view, the communal areas face the interior patio, so you won't be bothered by the street noise.
