This quaint 1-bedroom apartment is newly refurbished and very charming. The living room includes a lounge chair and two sofa chairs, plus a dining table and two additional chairs so there is plenty of seating space for when your friends and family come to visit. The kitchen has an open-concept layout, opening up into the living room with an island that divides the two spaces. There are three large windows that overlook the interior patio and provide plenty of natural light into both rooms, while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere without all of the street noise.
This apartment is in the Cuatro Caminos business district, which is a mostly residential area with professionals, so it's a quiet area to live in. This neighbourhood is north of Central Madrid, yet you can still easily venture to Madrid via one of the nearby metro stations. If you don't feel like going into the city, you still have everything you need within walking distance of this apartment, including a wide variety of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. For example, you have a hair salon right next door, a clothing store next to that, and a bio (organic) grocery store just down the street!
