A stylish one bedroom flat situated in a modern apartment complex with stunning landscaped gardens. This fabulous outdoor space has water features, palm trees and charming wooden bridges, creating an oasis of calm in the middle of the bustling city. This exterior flat has one modern bathroom, a washing machine, a TV and a kitchen with an electric stove and an oven. It is located on Lerida street, in the neighborhood of Tetuan, within walking distance to Nuevo Ministerios station and the Santiago Bernabeu football stadium.
What we liked the most
- You will love the added comfort of living in a modern apartment with new appliances and furniture.
- The bright living area receives tons of natural light via a large window which overlooks the street. Furniture within this room includes a sofa, a dining table with 3 chairs, a bookcase and a TV situated on top of a cabinet.
- The cozy bedroom has two beside tables with drawers and a large built-in wardrobe.
- There are air-conditioning units in both the bedroom and the living area.
- The bathroom is modern and has two large mirrors providing you with a comfortable space to get ready to start the day in the mornings.
Things to keep in mind
- Kitchen utensils and bed linen are not included, but can be hired for an extra 60€.
- This apartment is located on the ground floor facing the street, however it doesn't receive much street noise.
