This 3-bedroom apartment to rent on Calle de Castilla is on the 3rd floor of a building that doesn’t have an elevator. The space is rather cozy, with a combined living and dining room furnished with a TV, sofa bed and 4-seat table. All the bedrooms have windows and face the interior courtyard, although one has a single bed rather than a double. The kitchen is located in it’s own space and it comes equipped with a fridge, a ceramic hob and a washing machine.
Tetuán is a fairly quiet part of Madrid, unless it’s game night at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, just a 20-minute walk away. In your own neck of the woods, you’ll find a public swimming pool that’s a quick 8-minute walk away. You are well-connected by public transportation here, so getting downtown or to popular sights will always be easy. Just steps from your front door is a Dia supermarket, a pharmacy and a hair salon, and you can enjoy a few cute cafés and restaurants in this neighborhood as well.
