Decorated in a contemporary, arty style with some great designer features, like exposed brick walls and bicycle seat stools, the apartment feels modern and bright. It comprises a living / kitchen area with plenty of storage space, a stylish bathroom, and a double bedroom. There is also a mezzanine sleeping area with a single bed, which you can see at 2:37 in the video.
You will be living in one of Madrid's most popular neighbourhoods, La Latina, which is known for its bars where you can find great tapas and enjoy a traditional Madrilenian atmosphere. Most of the city centre is within easy walking distance, and there are also great transport connections.
What we liked the most
- We love the unique features like the bicycle stools, wooden countertops and arty wallpapers.
- There is an additional mezzanine sleeping area with a single bed.
- You can comfortably host guests with a sofa bed in the living room.
- The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher and electric stove.
- There is air conditioning.
- You will be living in La Latina, one of Madrid's most desirable neighbourhoods.
