This charming 1-bedroom apartment on Calle de Angosta de los Mancebos, La Latina, covers an area of 50 m² and is equipped with gas heating. The property opens out onto a lovely patio and has a living room, 1 bathroom, and an equipped kitchen.
The apartment is located in a vibrant neighbourhood, close to the Royal Palace, Sol, and the Plaza Mayor. This area will make a fantastic base to explore the city, with public transport, shops and restaurants right on your doorstep.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is beautifully decorated.
- The living room has a sofa and dining table.
- There is plenty of storage space throughout
- El Rastro market takes place 5 minutes away.
- The lively Mercado de la Cebada is located nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- Wi-Fi is not activated.
- The kitchen does not have an oven, but there is a microwave and gas stove.
- The kitchen was not equipped at the time of our visit, but the landlady will provide everything you need to cook by the time you move in.
