This spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is located on Calle Juan Duque in Madrid's popular Imperial district. The 31 m² apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a generous kitchen and modern bathroom, and has plenty of storage space throughout.
Imperial is the choice of most of Madrid's residents, mostly because of the tranquil atmosphere and close proximity to the city centre. Close to transport, local shops and restaurants and also the Madrid Rio - you will never be bored!
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to transport, shops and Madrid Rio.
- The kitchen is well equipped with all you need to cook and plenty of storage space.
- There is A/C installed to keep you comfortable all year round.
- The bathroom is modern and spacious.
- The living area is stylishly furnished with a comfortable armchair and a couch.
- Bedrooms also have bedside tables!
