This is a surprisingly spacious and welcoming 1-bedroom loft apartment in La Latina, Madrid. The property consists of a full bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and also has its own private rooftop terrace.
The apartment is situated on the 6th floor, so it is very quiet. The bedroom is deceptively large and has a double bed and has its own heating and AC units, a standalone wardrobe, drawers, and shelving for storage, and you also have access to your own bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker, a 4-ring gas stove, and plenty of equipment and crockery. The living room has a comfy sofa, a dining table, a television, and also comes with a PS4 video games console - free to use while you live in the apartment! Finally the bathroom, which has a shower and small bathtub, sink and storage, and the toilet and a washing machine.
The undoubted highlight of the property is the terrace - a private rooftop space with spectacular views over the city. The terrace is yours alone to use and comes furnished with a table and chairs, and also has a number of potted plants to add some greenery to the area. The property has a wide range of amazing views of Madrid - 6th-floor living and a lot of windows does that for you.
La Latina is a central and popular district, populated by a huge range of tapas bars, restaurants, and shops. Every Sunday the famous El Rastro market comes to town, taking over a number of streets with a huge range of market stalls to browse. La Latina metro station is close by, and it is about a 10-minute walk to Sol - the very centre of Madrid!

Things to keep in mind
- This property is on the 6th floor of a building that has no elevator.
- We hope you don't mind low ceiling - this is a converted loft, after all.
