It enjoys one of the best locations you could hope for, on Calle de la Villa, steps from the Royal Palace, the Plaza Mayor, Opera, the Gran Via and Puerta del Sol. A 15-minute walk will take you to the river Manzanares, offering a recently renovated walkway where you can run, roller-skate or enjoy a drink overlooking the water. To top it all off, you are also within walking distance to the great nightlife in La Latina and Lavapies. What more could you as for! This welcoming interior home is well-equipped with 1 bathroom, a washing machine, a comfortable living area and a small but functional kitchen where you can prepare your meals.
What we liked the most
- As you step into this flat, you will encounter a pleasant open-plan kitchen and living area furnished with a sofa and a dining table for 4. In this room you will also find the washing machine.
- The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a bedside table with drawers and a lamp, and a spacious wardrobe with a mirrored door.
- The bathroom has a small bathtub and offers good space to store towels and toiletries, with a shelving unit and a cabinet under the sink.
- The sofa in the living area can be converted in a double bed, perfect for hosting visiting friends!
Things to keep in mind
- You won't find an oven or a TV in this apartment.
