This 2-bedroom apartment for rent offers an area of 45m2, which is nicely distributed between the living room and kitchen area. There is plenty of storage space with 3 built-in closets in addition to each room's private closet. The kitchen opens up to the living room area, but is separated with a bar -- a great place to enjoy a quick meal.
The property is located in the posh neighborhood of Salamanca. Here you will find 3 of Spain's most expensive streets, which make up the ¨Milla de Oro¨. This area is a mix of New York-style grid of roads with a 19th century bourgeoisie feel, providing plenty of unique boutiques and trendy restaurants.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very well-connected with multiple metro stops nearby.
- The bathroom is completely renovated with a large shower.
- The apartment is fully equipped with a washing machine, heating, AC, and a TV.
- There is plenty of storage space to be shared between both tenants.
- Bedroom 1 and 2 are separated for additional privacy.
Things to keep in mind
- What the bedroom may lack in space, is made up with the 3 large closets in the corridor and the open kitchen/dining area.
- Bedroom 2 opens up to the living room area.
