Other amenities include a pleasant living room with a dining area, a small but functional kitchen, two televisions, bed linen, towels and a safe-box. Tenants will have access to a shared laundry room, and the apartment is fitted with Wi-Fi and central air-conditioning/heating. This bright exterior home has a floor area of 60 sqm, and is located on Calle de Villanueva, right next to Paseo de Recoletos and near some of Madrid's main attractions such as the Prado Museum, Puerta de Alcalá and Retiro Park. Puerta del Sol and the Gran Via are approximately 15 minutes away by foot, and this well-connected area offers easy access to public transport.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is beautifully presented, decorated using a mix of neutral tones and delicate touches of colour.
- There are two built-in closets, one in the bedroom and one in the hallway, providing plenty of space to store personal belongings.
- The living room has a pleasant sitting area with a television, and a dining table for four.
- The stylish bathroom has a large mirror and two sinks.
- There is a safe-box to store valuable items.
- Rent includes all utilities and a cleaning service every week-day.
- Bed linen and towels are provided and exchanged every week.
- The bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed and a television attached to the wall.
Things to keep in mind
