This apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has A/C heating and electric water heating. You can dry your clothes on a rack on the floor. Wi-Fi is NOT installed in the property, but it is available for an additional 30€.

Located right in the heart of Salamanca, you are guaranteed a living experience like none other if you choose to live in this amazing 1 bedroom apartment for rent on Calle Lagasca. Close to some of the city's most high end boutiques, hip restaurants, bars and cafes, you will never want to leave your neighbourhood! Close to Paseo de Castellana, and well communicated by metro, you will never be more than 15 minutes away from anything. The apartment is bright and comes furnished with everything you need. The bedroom has a double bed and ample storage space and a huge built in wardrobe, while the kitchen is fully equipped, with a microwave, fridge, and electric stove is ready for immediate use. There is also a bench top with two chairs that can double as a dining space. You can put your feet up after a long day as you sit on the plush 3 seater sofa in the living area and watch TV. The windows of the bathroom, living area and bedroom all face the interior patio, so you will always be assured of quiet right near the city center!
What we liked the most
- The apartment for rent has been newly renovated, so everything is brand new!
- As it is an interior facing apartment, you will be guaranteed peace and quiet all day.
- Despite being an interior apartment, it still remains quite bright.
- Salamanca is an upscale, safe, and picturesque neighborhood where you'll find everything from cafes to clubs to occupy your time!
- There is plenty of storage space in the bedroom.
- There is a bar top in the kitchen that can double as a dining area.
- As the flat has A/C, you are guaranteed a cool summer... at least in your own home!
Things to keep in mind
- Bills aren't included in this apartment so you might want to watch your gas, electricity and water consumption.
- The landlord only allows small pets.
- Please note that the current price is based on stays longer than 10 months - if you wish to rent the apartment for shorter stays, please ask for the price.
