There is a 60 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in the Ciutadella district perfect for an individual or a couple. The apartment has an open-layout kitchen and living room, creating a bright and cozy space. The kitchen is fully equipped and also leads to a separate laundry room. The living room is fully furnished with a sofa-bed, storage space, and also has an AC unit. There is 1 full bathroom.

The apartment is in the Ciutadella area of the Barceloneta district. You are surrounded by bars and restaurants but also have an aquarium, theater, and zoo within walking distance! This area is perfect if you love living by the water, with a boardwalk along the coast just a 10-minute walk away.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has big floor-length windows and beautiful hardwood flooring.
  • There is plenty of storage space, with 2 closets and 1 big standalone wardrobe in the common areas.
  • Having guests will never be a problem with the comfortable sofa-bed in the living room.
  • There are 2 washing machines and one that can also be used as a dryer.
  • The kitchen has plenty of counter space for cooking and comes with a dishwasher for easy clean-up.
  • The metro stop is 1-minute away.
