This chic 60 m² 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is for rent on Calle Ancora in Atocha. Both bedrooms have a double bed as well as heating, while the living room has a large sofa and TV. The kitchen is also well-equipped with an oven and 4-burner stove.
There is a supermarket just down the road, and there is a couple of restaurants nearby as well. The Real Jardín Botánico is a 15-minute walking away and the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía is also within walking distance. The San Fernando Market is a 20-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The living room is a great space to relax outside of your room.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom is modern with a large mirror, sink, toilet and shower.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating and AC in some rooms to keep you comfortable year round.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one shared bathroom.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
