This is a recently renovated apartment with wooden flooring and stylish decorations. The spacious living room has a glass-top dining table and chairs, as well as a sofa and television making this a comfortable and relaxing area to have your meals and just relax. This room has a large window that lets in plenty of natural light and has a view that overlooks a brand new park and a shopping mall next door.
This apartment is in a fantastic location, right next to Madrid Río, a lovely green space that runs 10 km along the Manzanares River. The park is perfect for cycling, jogging, skating, and skateboarding. A family-friendly neighborhood, you see Madrlieños of all ages, from children to senior citizens playing boules, board games, or just enjoying the outdoors. You are in a central location, well-connected to other areas such as the Palacio Real, Almudena Cathedral, Parque del Oeste or Casa de Campo, among many other places.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is right next to the beautiful Madrid Río!
- The apartment feels brand new, clean and fulll of modern decor.
- You have a supermarket right across the street, as well as a new shopping center with shops, restaurants, and a cinema, which you can easily reach on foot.
- If you love music festivals, exhibitions, and plays be sure to check out the Matador Cultural Center nearby.
- There is a storage room available – perfect for bicycle storage.
