This is a stylish 2 bedroom apartment near the banks of Madrid's Rio Manzanares. The apartment has 1 double room and a second bedroom with bunk beds. The living room is fully furnished and also leads to a private terrace with its own table and chairs. Both the kitchen and bathroom are fully-equipped, and the bathroom has a bathtub for those who like a longer soak! The kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher, so this is an apartment that will really make life easy for you.
The apartment is also on the 8th floor of the building, so you won't be as disturbed by the sounds of traffic come home time.
The apartment lies in Carabanchel, a southern suburb of Madrid. The area is a known for a friendly and active atmosphere, with plenty of banks, supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes' walk away.
What we liked the most
- This is a classy and inviting property.
- Our runner loved the property, she said so herself!
- 8th floor living means less outside disturbance.
- The apartment is close to a number of amenities.
- The apartment is also close to a local sports centre, Centro Deportivo Puente Praga.
Things to keep in mind
- The closest metro station is about a 10-minute walk away. This is a surprisingly long way in Madrid!!
