Rooms are available for rent in a 4-bedroom, 11th-floor property in Algirós. The apartment is clean and decorated in a no-nonsense style. There is a well-equipped kitchen which boasts a washing machine, oven, and dining area. The narrow living room has plenty of seating and a TV. All of the bedrooms are bright and cheerful.
This apartment would be ideal for students as it is just 5 minutes from the Universitat Politècnica de València and is also close to student nightlife spots, as well as being fairly close to the beach.
What we liked the most
- UPV is just a 5-minute walk away, making this apartment ideal for students. What's more, Blasco Ibáñez is a popular student area.
- There are impressive views from the 11th floor.
- This property feels clean, bright and cheerful.
- The kitchen is bright and has a dining table to socialise with your flatmates.
