Rooms to rent in ample 3-bedroom apartment in Camins al Grau. This property has a lot to offer at a very affordable price. The apartment is spacious and features a large living room with a comfortable couch, a dining table and wooden shelving. You can relax here after a long day of work, watch television or enjoy a nice meal with your roommates.

The bathrooms are immaculate and feature all updated amenities. The kitchen has modern appliances and plenty of storage space. Lastly, the bedrooms vary in size but each has a double bed and its own window for fresh air and natural light. The largest bedroom even has its own en-suite bathroom.

Camins al Grau is a quiet neighbourhood near some of Valencia's nicest attractions. Here, you'll have access to the spectacular Turia Gardens that run the length of the city. You can enjoy a stroll through the gardens on your way to other parts of the city. Or ride your bicycle through the gardens to the city centre - only 15 minutes. There are a number of supermarkets located nearby. For your daily bread or a delicious pastry, try Francisco Roig Pastissería. It comes highly recommended by locals.

  • The historic centre is only 25 minutes by bus. Walk to França-Samuel Ros where you'll catch the 19 bus direct.
  • Walk to the City of Arts and Sciences in less than 15 minutes.
