It is situated a 30 minute walk away from University of Valencia and close to the port and the beach, as well as a short bus ride away from the city centre. The 110m2 apartment features four rooms available for rent, all furnished with double beds. The tenants will have access to a shared bathroom with a shower, however, bedroom number 3 also has its own private bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen leads to a large terrace, ideal for meals with your new flatmates. You will be located in a calm, residential area just a few minutes away from the beach and the port of Valencia - a perfect place to relax or even study.

What we liked the most

  • Weekly cleaning is included in the rent - the communal areas will always be tidy!
  • You will have a chance to live close to the beach as well as the city centre and University of Valencia.
  • The apartment features air conditioning, a very much needed function during the summer.
  • We love the large kitchen - it is fully equipped, featuring plenty of cupboards and drawers. It also has access to a large terrace, perfect for when you'd want to have meals outside.
  • As the apartment faces the interior courtyard, the windows have beautiful designs which will guarantee you privacy.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment only has one shared bathroom, however, bedroom number 3 has its own private bathroom.
  • Bedrooms 2 and 4 also feature air conditioning units.
