This third floor exterior apartment with two rooms available for rent for couples or singles is located on via Marco Fulvio Nobiliore, very close to the metro station that will take you into the city centre. The apartment is freshly renovated and features beautiful decorations, a spacious living room with a dining area and a balcony, one bathrooms the tenants will have to share with each other and two beautiful bedrooms. All rooms are very spacious and may be occupied by two people, but of course they can be rented by an individual as well. The rooms come fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The area of the apartment is 100 m².
The apartment is located in the Tuscolano neighborhood and is surrounded by beautiful parks - perfect for nature lovers!

- These rooms are perfect for those moving to Rome with their significant others, because both bedrooms accept couples.
- We really like the long balcony with views on the street - it's full of plants and cozy chairs. What a perfect getaway!
- This apartment seems Marilyn Monroe themed - we're sure lovers of this iconic figure will be really pleased with this fact.
- Bedroom number 1 has a calming blue theme and a great wardrobe where you can store all your things.
- The bathroom is also freshly renovated - you'll be able to find everything in a tip top condition!
- We also really like the location of this apartment - while it's not in central Rome it has a very easy access to an underground station.
