This 3-bedroom apartment, shared with two live-in landlords has a large room to rent. The room can be a double or twin room, and can be double or single occupancy. The apartment has a shared living space in the same room as the kitchen, with a sofa, dining table, and TV. The kitchen is well equipped, and includes an oven, and there is also a washing machine in the apartment.
Tiburtina is a predominantly residential area, but it is peppered with lots of small local shops, restaurants, and bars. Getting into central Rome from the apartment is easy, from the Roma Tiburtina Metro station, roughly 15-minutes walk away. From here you can also visit the rest of Italy, with national train services to Turin, Milan, Naples and Salerno.
What we liked the most
- The bedroom has possibly the largest wardrobe we've ever seen! Added together with the shopping available in Rome, this is definitely a good thing!
- The train connections to the rest of Italy would make exploring the country on your free days almost mandatory.
- The bedroom is very large and is furnished so that 2 people can live there without getting on each other's nerves too much!
- At the weekend, the streets become mostly pedestrian, and you can experience Roman nightlife in the many bars and restaurants in the area.
Things to keep in mind
- There are cats living in the apartment.
