Three spacious, comfortable and sunny rooms are available for rent in a pet-friendly apartment, located on via Delle Cave di Pietralata in the vibrant district of Tiburtina. The furnished 3 bedroom apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area where you will also find a television, and a shared bathroom featuring a cosy bathtub. Two of the rooms have a shared access to a large terrace, perfect for spending time outside. The third room has its own private bathroom and is ideal for couples. You will be located near the large Tiburtina train station and will have easy access to Rome city centre. The area of the apartment is 100m2.

- The apartment is located near the Tiburtina station - you will have easy access to the city centre as well as other parts of Rome.
- All rooms are very sunny and offer plenty of natural light coming from the windows, creating a bright and friendly atmosphere.
- We love the bedrooms! While rooms number 1 and 2 have a comfortable double bed and access to the terrace, room number 3 is ideal for couples as it has twin beds and a private bathroom.
- The apartment has plenty of storage throughout, so keeping your belongings out of the way won't be a problem.
- Rooms 1 and 2 share a large terrace where you can find a table with chairs - perfect for when you wish to have your meals outside or even sunbathe.
- The kitchen comes with a fully functioning microwave.
Things to keep in mind
- Even though this is an exterior apartment, it is still very quiet as it is quite spacious.
