Four spacious rooms are available for rent in a charming 5 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on Via Luigi Arnaldo Vassallo, just moments away from Tiburtina station. This apartment is suitable for workers or postgraduate students who wish to have easy access to the city centre with plenty of public transportation provided. The 120m2 apartment consists of a fully fitted kitchen with a balcony, a shared bathroom and extra toilet room and five fully furnished bedrooms, 4 of them available for rent as the fifth one, which is currently occupied, will be converted into a living room in the future. You will be located close to Via Tiburtina, a home to plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants and the Termini Station is just a 20-minute metro ride away.
What we liked the most
- You will be living nearby the Tiburtina train and metro station, making it easy to reach other parts of the city.
- Bills for water, WiFi and council tax are already included in the rent - the tenants will also be provided with fresh bed linen.
- We love the large kitchen, featuring wooden cupboards and a small balcony overlooking the street.
- All rooms for rent are spacious, furnished with plenty of storage for all your belongings.
- The apartment is pleasantly decorated throughout, featuring beautiful framed pictures.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment has a shared bathroom as well as an extra toilet room.
- This charming apartment does not feature a living area, however, the hallway has a chic seating area with a vintage storage unit.
- The room marked as "Not available" on the floor plan was occupied at the moment of the visit, but it will be converted into a living room in the future.
