Room for rent in pleasant 2-bedroom apartment in Tiburtina. This is great apartment for people looking for affordable accommodation in a relaxing neighbourhood that has great access to the rest of Rome. The room can be rented by 1 or 2 people and is well-equipped for either situation. Both tenants will enjoy a spacious room with their own single bed, desk, wardrobe and shelving. It also features a beautiful window with a nice view of the quaint street below. The kitchen and bathroom are immaculate and feature brand new appliances and furnishings.
The apartment is located less than 30 minutes by train from Rome's Termini Station, in the city centre. For your convenience, the neighbourhood also has plenty to offer. There are numerous supermarkets, restaurants, banks and more. Walk to the main road, Via Tiburtina, where you'll find everything you need. And for a little peace and quiet, take stroll through Fillipo Meda park - it's just around the corner.

- For students at Sapienza University, walk another 15 minutes from Termini to campus. Or catch the 310 bus outside the station.
- If you're going to Fiumicino airport, catch the express train from Termini direct to the airport. It's a total trip of 1 hour and 15 minutes.
