This 42m² property has a fully equipped kitchen with a generous double sink, dishwasher, and a full fridge. Floor-to-ceiling windows and private balcony access with sunny views of Paris from the living room make city living a relaxing, comfortable experience.

Located in the sophisticated 16th arrondissement, the apartment is under 5-minutes' away from Parce Sainte-Perine, a large urban park. It is a short walk to the Seine, which you can cross to find a shopping mall, several restaurants, and the Eiffel Tower. The Metro is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, and the nearest supermarket is 1-minute away.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is bright and sunny - the glass balcony doors act as floor-to-ceiling windows and let in plenty of sunlight
  • The balcony is spacious, with plenty of space for some chairs and a table, so you can enjoy dinner with a city view.
  • The bedroom comes with a large built-in wardrobe with internal shelving. There is also a large mirror, so getting ready in the morning will be easy and convenient.
  • The washer-dryer will allow you to take care of your laundry regardless of the weather.
  • The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook.
  • The apartment is located in a central, affluent area - very chic!
