This bright 1-bedroom apartment on Avenue de Paris, Châtillon Montrouge, covers an area of 42 m² and overlooks a lovely garden. The fully furnished property has a cosy living area, 1 modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave and all the essentials to cook.
The apartment is located about 40 minutes from Paris City Centre using public transport. The local area is home to supermarkets, shops, and a wide range of restaurants, so you will not need to go far for your essentials.
What we liked the most
- There are large windows that let in good natural light.
- The apartment is nicely decorated and charming.
- The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, ideal to welcome guests.
- The bedroom has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe.
- There is central heating to keep you comfortable over winter.
- The apartment is away from the city centre, but close to transport and amenities.
