This lovely 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is located on the 2nd floor of a building in Paris's 13th arrondissement. The 50 m² property has wood flooring throughout and the bedroom and living room opening up onto a balcony. The balcony is quite large and has charming views of a lush courtyard. The kitchen and living room have an open-plan layout. The main room is spacious with an L-shaped couch, round dining table, desk, and flat-screen TV. The kitchen corner is fully equipped and there is a spacious bathroom.
The 13th arrondissement is a less popular district with tourists and will offer you a calm, relaxing residential life. On Rue des Cordelières, you are near the large park, Square René-Le Gall, and the Université Sorbonne Nouvelle - Paris 3 campus. You are also a short walk to several amenities, including a post office, numerous restaurants, and even an art gallery.
