This modern 35 m² studio apartment with a double bed and 1-bathroom is for rent on Viale Monte Nero in Città Studi. The kitchen has a 4-burner gas stove, and there is some cupboard space as well, while the bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
Bocconi University is just over a 20-minute walk away from this apartment, as is the University of Milan. Closer to the apartment you'll find a supermarket and several restaurants within a 10-minute walk.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- There is a reception at this apartment building.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating and AC to keep you comfortable year round.
- There is a large window in the studio to let in plenty of natural light.
Things to keep in mind
- There will be a new heating/AC unit installed, as well as a new TV and microwave.
- Although this apartment has an elevator, there are some stairs leading up to the elevator.
