This cozy studio apartment on Via Maspero, in Città Studi is stylish, fully furnished, and has a sunny balcony. The 29m² property makes excellent use of the limited space, with an open plan layout and a sofa that converts into a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is spacious and very tidy.
The apartment is located in Città Studi, which translates to "city of studies". As the name suggests, many students have made the neighbourhood their home to be close to the Milan Polytechnic University and several other faculties of the University of Milan.
What we liked the most
- The apartment features lovely polished wooden floors and has a stylish decor.
- The neighbourhood has a lively nightlife with plenty of bars and restaurants to explore.
- The kitchen is well equipped and has a gas stove.
- The studio gets plenty of natural light.
- There is plenty of storage space including a large standalone wardrobe.
- Central heating is installed throughout.
