This modern apartment covers 21m² and is situated on Via Porpora, in the picturesque Lambrate district. There is a gas stove and oven in the kitchen, and washing machine in the bathroom. The living area opens out on to a small balcony with 2 chairs and folding table to take advantage of the views.
It is located only a short walk from several bus stops as well as Milano Lambrate train station. Additionally, the apartment is located 15-minute walk from the Politecnico di Milano, and a public pool.
What we liked the most
- The decor is contemporary with LED mood lighting in the bathroom.
- There is a full-sized mirror on the wardrobe.
- The bed extends from single to double to maximise space.
- There is a Hi-Fi stereo system.
- You will find a supermarket nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer only a drying rack.
- There is no microwave in the kitchen.
