This superb six bedroom apartment has a floor area of 180m2. It is located on Lope de Rueda street, two minutes from Parque del Retiro and a popular El Corte Ingles department store. One of the highlights of this flat is the large terrace overlooking the street, ideally equipped with outdoor furniture, allowing you to make the most of this gorgeous open-air space. This fabulous apartment is equipped wth a fully equipped kitchen and two shared bathrooms. You will be able to relax in a large and sunny living area where you will find a TV and a large storage unit. On top of that, all utilities, including cleaning, are included in the rent. This is an absolutely perfect opportunity for those wishing to live in a modern apartment!
