Rooms are available to rent in a 100 m², 3-bedroom apartment with a balcony in the Giambellino area of Milan. The apartment is well equipped with everything you might need on arriving in a new home and has plenty of natural light as well as lots of storage. It would make a charming and convenient place to live for young professionals moving to the area.
Giambellino is situated to the west of Milan city-centre and falls in Zone 6. It is a popular residential neighbourhood that, together with Lorenteggio, forms the Giambellino-Lorenteggio division of Milan. The district is focused along two parallel avenues, Via Giambellino and Via Lorenteggio, where you will find the main shopping and leisure facilities.
What we liked the most
- A balcony is a fantastic advantage, the perfect place for a quick breath of fresh air or simply drying laundry.
- The apartment is decorated primarily in white and with tiled floors, which help it to feel cool and airy.
- A dining table is an added bonus as you will not have to eat meals in your bedroom.
- The property is a 19-minute walk from a Lidl, ideal for budget shopping.
- Worth a visit in this area is the unique medieval church of Saint Protasius which dates from the 11th century.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no dryer available with the property but there is plenty of space inside or out on the balcony for a rack to dry your clothes.
