You have a spacious balcony overlooking the street. The location is perfect. Malasaña and Chueca are 2 of Madrid’s hippest neighbourhoods. You have all kinds of bar, restaurant and shop here.

- You can walk to anywhere in the city centre.
- The AC will keep you cool (summers here are hot, hot, hot).
- The living room gets lots of sunshine.
- The balcony has views of Fuencarral street.
- You can entertain friends on the interior patio.
