This 140 m² shared apartment has 3 rooms to rent, all of them equipped with an independent key. Tenants will share use of a kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is equipped with central heating and Wi-Fi, and rent includes all bills.
The apartment is located in Lorenteggio, a mainly residential neighbourhood also offering plenty of shops and places to eat. The area is served by the tram and bus enabling travel into the city centre in 30 minutes.
What we liked the most
- There is 1 balcony that can be accessed via the kitchen and bedroom 1.
- All rooms can accommodate 2 people, making them suitable for couples or friends.
- The rooms have twin beds that can be put together to create a double bed, or keep as 2 singles.
- The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.
- The flat is in a calm residential area, but within an easy commute to the city centre.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 3 faces the street, and bedrooms 1 and 2 an interior courtyard, so you can choose according to your personal preference.
