This 100 m², 4-bedroom apartment available to rent in Madrid's La Latina district has spacious rooms available to rent. You can choose from a single-bed or double-bed room, all with plenty of storage space and an independent key. There is a cozy living room with 2 couches and a dining table for 4 – the perfect place to get to know your roommates. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and 2 full bathroom to share.
On Calle del Duque de Alba, the apartment is located on the border of the La Latina and Lavapiés neighborhoods. These districts are home to some of the most authentic tapas bars, as well as some delicious international cuisine. You have plenty of restaurants to discover, as well as being a short walk away from Madrid's Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol.
What we liked the most
- All the rooms receive plenty of natural light and have a private key.
- Enjoy movie nights with the large flat-screen TV.
- The kitchen is separated from the bedroom area, so you can cook up a midnight feast without disturbing your roommates.
- You will always have something to do from exploring your neighborhood streets, checking out the nearby Mercado de la Cebada, or taking a nice stroll to the city center.
