That’s what you get in this 2-bedroom apartment.

Polished wood bureaus and upholstered chairs. Minimalist beds, shelves and sofas. Traditional floor tiles and modern AC keep you cool in the long, long summer.

It’s 70 m². Big enough for you and a friend.

Bedroom 1 has a single bed, a desk, chair, a couch and lots of shelves. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a large built-in closet with full-length mirrors.

The kitchen and living room are open-plan.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave and sandwich maker. Important. There is a table and 4 chairs. The living room has a sofa and a TV. French doors let in lots of light. The marble fireplace is now a mini wine cellar.

Be where the action is...

Living here, you are next door to the famous Plaza Tirso de Molina. Or a 9-minute walk from La Puerta de Sol. Easy.

What we liked the most

  • The flat has been tastefully renovated and now has a particularly nice kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and its wood panelling looks great and the bathroom is spacious and boasts a state of the art hydro massage shower.
  • The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city. A short walk in one direction is Puerta del Sol, a shopping and transport hub of the city and a short walk in the other are the vibrant neighbourhoods of Lavapies and La Latina, which offer countless bars and cafes to relax in.
  • The flat is exterior and has two balconies, so will get lots of light. Also, the street the flat is on is relatively quiet and as the neighbourhood has traffic restrictions placed in it, few cars will pass by.

Things to keep in mind

  • Each room has electric heating.
  • Bedroom 2 has glass in the door. You might need a small curtain to ensure privacy.
