This two-bedroom, two-bathroom exterior apartment is located on Calle Alonso Cano in the Ríos Rosas section of Madrid’s Chamberí district. It’s in the city’s most castizo (or authentic) neighborhood and is in one of the most desirable residential sections of the city. The apartment is near two major parks, a restaurant and nightlife hub on Calle Ponzano, and plenty of charming restaurants and shops throughout the area. This apartment is ideal for a group of students studying at IE Business School or young professionals looking to live in a residential area that has incredible public transportation connections. The area of the apartment is 75 m2.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has a large refrigerator, oven, and an electric stove
- The living room has plenty of light coming through and plenty of lounge space; there’s also a separate dining area
- Both of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment must be rented as a whole, not as separate bedrooms
- Both of the bedrooms are interior, meaning that they don’t have street views, nor do they have double beds
