It’s on Conde de Aranda street, in Salamanca.
Take the elevator. It’s on the 3rd floor. Open the door. You have 3 big bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It’s 200 m² – spacious. AC, central heating and gas water heating. Comfy and practical.
There is a safe box for your valuables. An electric water heater, crib and stroller can all be provided at no extra cost.
You are in Salamanca.
This is one best areas to live in Madrid. It’s safe, it’s central, it’s refined. You are surrounded by beautiful buildings, shops and top-class restaurants.
A short walk brings you to Parque del Buen Retiro. It's a huge, beautiful park, one of Madrid’s best. It's home to squirrels and migratory birds. You can row a boat across the huge green lake.
