This spacious two bedroom apartment has a total floor area of 90 sqm. It offers one shared bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely living area. It is located on Conde de Aranda street, in Salamanca, minutes away from the beautiful Buen Retiro park. This area offers everything you can possibly need within walking distance including a great selection of shops, restaurants, bars and a great farmers market to buy fresh produce. This apartment is located within close proximity to both a metro station and a Cercanías train station, so getting around the city will be easy.
What we liked the most
- This is a fantastic example of a traditional Madrid apartment with nice wooden floors, big windows and high ceilings.
- The kitchen is well-appointed with a great range of cooking utensils and appliances including a microwave, oven, stove, fridge and dishwasher.
- There is a washing machine and iron available.
- In the living area you will find a TV with a DVD player.
- There is a sofa bed available in the living area, perfect for welcoming guests.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is a great option for friends traveling together as both rooms are equipped with twin beds.

The English speaking landlord doesn't live on the property and requires a valid credit card as a deposit. Smoking is permitted and pets are not allowed. Rent can be paid by a valid credit card.
As the landlord isn´t asking for a security deposit, you will be charged for the equivalent of one month's rent as a holding deposit when you book via the Spotahome website. However, this amount will be used to pay your first month's rent rather than being kept as security deposit. Upon check-in, the landlord will keep your credit card on file.
