You might think you’re living like royalty in this fantastic 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Calle Orense: there is a 24/7 doorman, you have access to a rooftop pool, and it’s very spacious. There is a wall-to-wall window and, since you’re on the 12th floor, you end up getting a fantastic city view, and not just from the living area. The bedroom, just off the main hall, also has a similar window and view, a huge amount of space for clothes and a roomy ensuite bathroom. The dining and living areas share the same open space, but you’d never know it because the area is so large, and the 4-seat table is located in a nook closer to the small equipped kitchen. If you are having guests, it’s worth noting that the two sofas both open to double beds.
In Tetuán, you’ll be living like a local in no time, especially if you’re working at one of the big companies around the area, like Google, which is a 6-minute walk away. Your apartment is in the southern part of the neighborhood, which is considered quite chic. You’ll find many upscale restaurants nearby, and although Moda Shopping is only 7 minutes away, you’ll discover many great shops and boutiques just around the corner. From Starbucks to book stores and nightclubs, everything is within your reach.
What we liked the most
- You can’t beat an apartment with a 24/7 doorman, rooftop pool, beautiful city views and a spacious living area.
- Malls, supermarkets, pharmacies, the metro and everything you need for day-to-day living is within a 5-minute walk.
- There is a wonderful urban park, Plaza de Arca, only 10 minutes away.
- The Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, home of Real Madrid CF, is within walking distance.
