This spacious and fully equipped apartment is available to rent on Calle de Villaamil in Tetuán. The 90 m² apartment includes a spacious living room, a master bedroom and a smaller single room, a fully equipped kitchen, and 1 full bathroom. There is also a small study, with a desk and some extra storage space. The apartment is decorated in a traditional style, and comes with everything you need to feel comfortable as soon as you move in.
The Estrecho area of Tetuán is a popular, lively area, with lots going on. There are several bars within moments of the apartment which are very popular with the locals, and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby too. For shopping and other amenities, you need head no further than Call de Bravo Murillo, which has a little bit of everything!
What we liked the most
- The apartment is really spacious – the addition of a study is a nice touch too!
- Both of the bedrooms have very large wardrobes, so you'll have plenty of space for your belongings.
- A short walk away, near Tetuán Metro station, you can find a huge selection of ships, restaurants, bars, and more.
- For those last minute necessities, there is a Mercadona supermarket just a couple of minute's walk away.
