This 1-bedroom apartment in Principe pio is 40 m² and is fully furnished for a comfortable stay. The interior property has 1 bathroom, a living area with a dining table, and a kitchen with a washing machine and everything you need to cook.
The apartment is located close to popular Paseo de la Florida, Parque del Oeste, Madrid Rio, and the Royal Palace. This area is well connected to the rest of the city, and offers numerous restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is modern and offers a double sink.
- There is an AC unit which can also be used as a heater.
- You will find a washing machine and you can dry your washing on the patio.
- There is good storage space for your personal items.
- Madrid Rio is a beautiful spot to jog, ride a bicycle or enjoy a leisurely walk.
Things to keep in mind
- Wi-Fi is not installed, but the landlady can arrange the service if required by the tenants.
- The apartment is located slightly below ground level, but still receives natural light.
- There was no television at the time of our visit, but the landlady will provide one.
