This 3rd floor studio apartment offers a cozy and sunny home in Lavapiés. The studio has big windows that look out onto the street and let in plenty of natural light. There is a spacious and modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette which leads to the main area. The bedroom area is furnished with a double bed, couch, dining table, television, and built-in wardrobe.
Lavapiés is a lively district known for its diverse and multicultural atmosphere. On Calle Ministriles, you are well-connected to the city with several metro stops nearby but have plenty to do in the area. Just a few minutes away you have Calle del Ave María, which has Indian restaurants, a vegan grocery store, and several other bars and restaurants. There are also several plazas and a cinema when in the mood for a relaxed night out.
What we liked the most
- The use of the laundry room (including detergents) is free.
